'ECO' Professional
Downdraft Paint Booth

'ECO' Minimizes Costs to Maximize Profits

Every second of unnecessary power consumption costs you money. 'eco' professional's engineered energy saving features keeps your operating costs to a minimum. By utilizing Variable Frequency Drives on the intake and exhaust motors, the 'eco' professional eliminates power consumption spikes when the heat system starts up, and operates at peak efficiencies keeing your booth balanced with optimum airflow. In addition, when the LOGIC control panel automatically switches to the energy-saving ‘Economy Mode’ when the operator in the booth has stopped spraying, a cost savings of up to 60% in power usage and up to 75% in fuel savings is achieved.

Save Energy

GFS ECO is all about reducing energy consumption and providing a ‘green’ solution for the refinish industry. By incorporating the latest in energy-saving technologies, such as VFD’s and SmartCure, as well as our AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System for waterborne paints, the 'eco' professional achieves the fastest drying times, the lowest operating costs, with as little environmental impact as possible.

AdvanceCure Acelerated Airflow System

. Adding AdvanceCure to the interior of the booth vastly improves the productivity of the equipment. AdvanceCure introduces controlled turbulence into the paint booth during the flash-off and cure cycles to rapidly draw vapors out of the painted surfaces. This increased airflow dramatically reduces the amount of time required for each paint job, and in turn, increases the profitability of your body shop. AdvanceCure speeds curing of both solvent-based and waterborne paints, so you can be sure that your finishing operation will improve today, and well into the future.

AdvanceCure System Includes:
• 4 x AdvanceCure towers with 6 adjustable air nozzles
each, and integrated light fixtures
• High-efficiency high-volume air blowers
• Independent tower control

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

Two Variable Frequency Drives accelerate airflow during flash-off cycles, provide energy-saving smooth motor starts, and facilitate the operation of the booth in ‘Economy Mode’. This Economy Mode reduces energy and gas usage while the operator is not spraying, then switches back to regular operation when spraying resumes.
