Dust Collectors
GFS dust collectors have been used on a wide variety of applications including welding, mixing, and conveyor transfer stations. They are particularly well suited for filtering very fine particulates in large air volumes. The compact design of the unit also makes it a good in-plant unit collector because it saves valuable floor space while minimizing the required ductwork.
Flexibility of Design
The downdraft cartridge design enables you to meet varying space and filter capacity requirements. The modular design also allows you to install the system you need now and as your requirements increase, you can add additional modules to meet your needs. Standard models range from a 4 to 80 cartridge capacity, enabling you to handle high volume air capacities. |

Safe-Air Moules
Features high efficiency cartridge filtration system that re-circulates clean filtered air. Open Louver and Spark Arrestor doors are available. Collector modules can be purchased separately.
Re-circulating clean air eliminates the need for expensive air make-up systems and outside ducting.

Sanding & Grinding:
• 18-gauge galvanized steel panels, precision-flanged and pre-punched for easy assembly (White pre-coat optional).
• Dust-laden air is pulled away from the worker at a rate of 120-140 FPM while clean air moves past the worker at the same rate.
• Energy efficient light fixture(s) with inside access for easy maintenance.
• Panels can be lined with fire retardant, acoustical, washable material for noise absorption, optional.

Downdraft design
Continuous Pulse-Jet Cleaning
-The filter cartridges are cleaned automatically. The system remains on-line continuously for full-time pollution control, better product quality, and longer machine life. These systems are available in countinuous duty/automatic or intermittent manuak cleaning versions.
Easy Maintennance
-Front cartridge removal design allows personnel to service the unit throuugh access portholes.
Downdraft Module
-The air inlet is located at the top of the unit and the downdraft airflow forces dust directly into the collector hopper below.
Downdraft Design
-horizontal filter placement allows an increased number of filters to be used. This allows increased airflow through each module.
