Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is recognized world-wide for its long tradition of providing finishing equipment designed and manufactured according to the highest standards in the industry. GFS is a national market leader in the Spray Booth & Systems Industry, located in Osseo, Wisconsin. We are currently seeking candidates to fill the following position:

Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager

Applicant must have experience in calculating air flow, heat balance, and energy consumption. Knowledge of AutoCAD and code compliance will be beneficial. Will work with other engineers and drafting department to design the ventilation systems of paint spray booths, ovens and other related equipment used in the paint finishing industry. Will be involved in product research and development. This position will also involve project management opportunities and will require occasional travel. Will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects including: design support; participation in customer and owner coordination meetings; production review; mechanical systems selection; project financials such as contract negotiations, budget, accounts receivable, costing and change orders; project scheduling; and production review. B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of design experience and project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities include: Working with transportation companies on equipment required, scheduling loading times, working with customers on delivery, creating and providing necessary export documents, negotiating and providing freight estimates, and review of freight bills and invoices.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with some overtime required.

Associate’s Degree and 2 years progressive experience within an international shipping and exporting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Must have strong oral/written communication skills.

Because everyone's needs are different, Global Finishing Solutions has designed a benefits program that offers the flexibility to create your own plan based on your requirements and those of your family. Health Insurance:

Standard PPO Plan/Person

In Network $1,000 deductible 15% Employee Coinsurance to $2,100.

Premium PPO Plan/Person

In Network $500 deductible 15% Employee Coinsurance to $1,100.

Cash Back Option

For those employees that do not elect to participate in the company sponsored medical plan, GFS offers 25% of the company's benefit contribution to be returned to the empoyee in their bi-weekly paychecks.

Additional Benefits:

401(k) Plan:

-Eligible to participate in the plan after 3 months of service
-You can contribute 1-100% of your eligible pay through regular payroll deductions, up to the IRS maximum
-GFS will match 50% of the first 4% contributed by the employee. The company match is vested based on a vesting schedule.

Profit Sharing:

-Eligible to participate after 1 year of service.

-GFS will match 3-10% of your annual base compensation. Contributions will be based on company profitability.

-Profit Sharing Contributions are placed in each employees 401(k) account annually and will be vested based on your years of service

Bonuses:

-Competitive bonus plans availalbe for all positions

Short term/ Long term Disability:

-Each employee is eligible for short and long term disability after 1 year of service.

Educational Assistance:

-GFS will assist all regular full-time employees who have been employed by GFS for at least one year in educational programs that are pre-approved by GFS.
