Returning Parts: |
- All goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization form.
- Call GFS to request a form. Goods are subject to a 30% handling charge.
- Special non-stock items can be accepted only with the approval of our suppliers and are subject to any additional handling and restocking charges. |
Availability and Service: |
| - Critical operational parts for production and customer safety will be shipped overnight when possible. |
Operation and Maintenance Manuals: |
| - GFS includes an electronic copy of the Operation & Maintenance manual with each job. You may purchase additional electronic or printed manuals by contacting technical service. |
